I have ordered a 10x5 tent I was wondering how many grow lights or what kind of grow lights would be ideal for this grow.? Also how many plants would I be able to fit with a dwc set up.?

LED grow lights are ideal but they are more expensive than traditional HID (HPS/MH/CMH) lighting. Do you have a budget you are shopping by or looking to get top-of-the-line grow lights?
For your DWC/plants question, I think most are comfortable growing 1 plant per 2'x2' space using DWC. But like @mwhite9829 says, it depends on the size of the plants you plan to grow.
