I have my veg plants on 18/6. I turn them off at 10:30am and turn them back on at 4:30 pm. My problem is my job. I need to keep calling wifey to turn on and off. I want to switch cycle to off at 9:30pm and on at 3:30am. Can I switch or will I harm my girls.

Perfectly fine. As long as they don't get 10 or more hours of consecutive darkness they will stay in veg unless they are autos, in which case it doesn't matter when the lights are on or off.
