I am fairly new to this but have grown 3 crops. Have experienced yellowing leaves at tips or fan leaves yellowing but I have 3 new auto flower plants at 3 nodes growing in FoxFarm Ocean Forest. Plants looked great but all of a sudden started yellowing overnight at the stem side of the leaves. Since directions and limited experience says you do not need to add any nutrients for 1st 30 days in Ocean Forest, I have not used any additional nutrients. I am using indoor grow tent with fans and humidifiers and holding temps around 80.
Any ideas what the issue might be?
Lights are 24” from top of plants.
Thanks capstone, I will raise ph and try the cal again. I have some but previously I have not used it till about 40 days in thinking the Ocean Forest gave me what I need. Puzzled why the Gelato is doing fine while both g13’s showing yellowing With all in identical environments.
How close are your lights?
Hi, since you are using RO water I'm thinking you should add some CalMag to it. Also, your PH is a little low and that could prevent your girls from using the good stuff that is in the soil. Try and keep your PH going in between 6.5 and 7.0 for a while and see if that helps.
I am using reverse osmosis water just under 6.0 ph. The gelato plant seems to be doing fine but both g13 plants showing the yellowing at base of leaves.
Do you have pics and ph and ppm runoff my friend
