my plant was doing good till at 2 weeks i ended up over watering bc i had a light that produce no heat and i put aluminum foil around it & it burned the plants bc i had no fan i then put it to grow on my window and it got healthier i was able to get a better light and a mini fan and my grow was doing good till the second row leaves started yellowing the top of the plant is very green should i worry also i already lost the first row of baby leaves as u can see in the third pic

Looks like over-watering symptoms. How often do you water the plant and what do you do to determine when to water? Also, is that soil? If so, what brand?
