Been feeding from the bottom now I filled the cup and feed from the top
still using the heat mat at this time. Don't know how much longer though.

They look good. Let them do their thing for the next 7-14 days. You shouldn't need to water for at least 7 days I'd guess - just spray the top of the medium with water (dechlorinated, RO, or distilled) whenever it looks dry.
