I've just used Gardners twine and some plastic clothes pegs, I was surprised to see how quickly the bud sites on the main stem that were at a right angle to the light source before I went to bed had grown to full upright again.
It really is a remarkable plant!
How long do I leave it in each position for? It's been about 36 hours, should I tie it down the other way now?

Feel free to adjust the ties on a daily basis if needed. With a little bit of practice you'll figure out how to bend branches down to keep the canopy even. Nice job so far
He has the right idea with those clips. I bought a gross of those things off amazon, also, when you tie the limb down, it stays there until harvest. I never take them off once they are on.

Not sure what you mean by 'The other way'. Don't bend the branches back and forth, just keep bending them down to try and maintain an even canopy.
I was using clothes pins but found the plants won that tug of war so switched to bulldog clips.
And accidents happen, just three days ago I was trying to LST an especially thick stemmed Kush and snapped a branch right off. But then I kept that snapped off branch and it is now a rooting clone in the humidity dome.
