@Mr. Grow It ok how can I fix the issue . Over watering may be it I have been watering them a lot I soiled drenched them after they sprouted

@Ace kush You wet the soil throughout the entire container or only around the plant? If you wet the entire container, give it some time to dry out. It would probably take at least 4-5 days at the minimum before drying out since the plant is that small.
