My ladies are several days into week three, they are low Ryder auto flower, I was wondering if I should start LST now or wait? They have been getting watered every 3-4 days with 1/4 nutes added and under a 175w led.

Yes, you can definitely start LST now.
I wouldnt say I’m a vet but I start with the main stalk then in a couple days the branches will start getting taller then I do those and I follow the edge of the pot with the main stalk will trying to keep the branches out of the way of where the main stalk is heading
Any best practices you vets can share, do I tie down each branch or what’s best?
