Is this white powder mildew my plants are only a little over 2 weeks since sprout there has been a couple nights my Humidifier was acting up and woke up with the humidity at 99

I had the same powder on my first seedlings. It was from using tap water in my humidifier.
Are you using distilled water in your humidifier? It looks like the mineral dust created by humidifiers when using water from the tap.
