Im a new grower and one of my plants are looking like this. Please no hate I just want some advice on what to do… thinking about throwing it away but I really don’t want too… the leaves are literally crispy though lol
How often are you watering? I get damage like that on my plants when they are a bit choked up at the root zone due to too much water. Also, check fan placement. It doesn't quite look like wind burn but if a fan is blowing directly on that side of the plant it may be doing harm.
Thank you so much for that info I appreciate you!! should I not worry about the roots getting rot?? My baby plants had a high ppm 500 over 1000 and 700 ppm of over 2000 when I flushed it
Sounds like you have everything going good for the other plants you mentioned in the Ocean Forest soil blend. That soil is rich, but after 30 days you should start feeding or top dressing.
The first plant sounds like it had a helter-skelter existence so far! Considering her past, I would probably give her a good flush with plain PH'd water and then start over with the top dressing or feed. By flush, I mean if she is in a 3 gallon pot, pour in 6 gallons of water. The water that comes out the bottom of the pot will have flushed away all the salts and what ever else is in the soil. Then you can start feeding with a clean slate. I use a small shop vac to suck up the water that comes out the bottom.
You mentioned your last grow smelled like grass/hay. That usually comes down to how it is dried and cured. You can grow the biggest buds from the best cannabis seeds in the world, but if you do not dry and cure it right it will smell and taste like hay. Let us know when you are ready to harvest and we can talk about drying and curing.
Hopefully we can help you out, but we are going to need some more information.
Are these Autos or Photo Period plants? And can you tell us about the soil they are in and what you are feeding them? Are you monitoring the PH of what you are feeding them?
Powdery mildew can be caused by too high a humidity or lack of wind flow so maybe check into that.
I have 2 clones I got from the dispo and 3 more growing in seedling state that are just in coco and 444 all purpose. then I’ll transplant to living organic soil,25% worm castings and 50/50 ratio of the 444 and 284 and before flowering I plan to top Dress it it throw out
I’m honestly all over the place. But I can’t afford $280-$300 every week for just an oz I’ll go through in a week or less… sadly I probably need to chill but I’m only 21 so I have time.. just want to grow good weed for myself like how hard is it To grow good weed? Very hard… and I grew white widow last year and it literally smelt and tasted like grass hay lol. So I stopped growing for a year because it was the opposite of what I smoke. So it was very disappointing so this time I’m trying harder, I have a learning disability so it’s Harder but I’m trying to get there. im not sure what I’m doing tbh even though I have most of the stuff to grow really good weed.
This is my other plants ppm, EC and ph. It’s almost in mid veg. same light cycle and it’s growing in fox farm ocean forest with 30% worm castings , mykos For the roots, and 40% with a full bad of ocean fox farm perlite no other added ingredients as of now since I heard it was pretty strong.
I think the white stuff on there is PM (powdery mildew) but I’m not sure.. I just ordered some “nuke em” to help with it. I’ve trimmed this plant so many times now though

Hi there,
Don't throw them out yet!
Hopefully we can help you out, but we are going to need some more information.

Also what can I do to fix it?
