So I just purchased and inline 6 from ac with the controller attached to it also, my question is I have read that you should not use CO2 cause it will be sucked out can I turn the fan on and off (stupid) or can I not use CO2 I am and have been using CO2 what can I do

Yes you can set the controller to only come on at certain set points. i.e. temperature high. That will help keep the CO2 in the grow space vs exhausting air 24/7
