Beginner here. Took a chance and ordered THC bomb seeds. I’m in week one of flower. Is this a strain I should stick with in the future, or are there better medicinal strains?

Yes! That’s what I’ve been making! I’ve been improving my technique with each batch. I put it in empty gel capsules and refrigerate them. I’ve slowly been increasing the dosage.
Well you will definitely save money growing your own - that's for sure. I'm not a doctor so I can't give any medical advice. But if you're looking for a powerful cannabis oil, you may want to try RSO (Rick Simpson Oil). Not sure if you've heard of it or not. New to growing and relatively new to smoking. My primary concern has been my husband‘s autoimmune disorder and peripheral neuropathy. I have been working on full extract cannabis oil for him. Thought I start my own grow to have a more abundant supply of product. I’ll check out the leafly site. Thank you!
I personally prefer a variety of strains. If I only consume one strain, I build up a tolerance so having several strains on-hand is beneficial for me. Not sure if you're just new to growing or new to smoking too? I also go after strains with certain effects as listed on Leafly. That's my go-to site to find out information on strain effects and what it helps with. Example: https://www.leafly.com/strains/tahoe-ogHope this helps.
