Week 3 into flower on my fast eddy auto I noticed mag deficiency on lower leaves. Did some reading and learned that since I use RO water I need to start using cal-mag. I didnt initially run cal-mag because the micro has cal/mag/iron already. I guess its not enough? The micro is 2-0-0 and same with the cal-mag...im worried that now along with the other 2 parts (1-0-4, 1-3-4) I will be running too much N for flower. But if I cut out one of the 3part nutrients it wont be ph perfect anymore? I could use ph up or down but how does that affect the ph buffers already present in ph perfect? Many questions lol, Advice?

Yeah often times CalMag is needed on top of your base nutrients - especially when not using tap water. It's important to keep the ratios that the nutrient company shows on their feeding chart so eliminating one of the bottles of base nutrients probably isn't a good idea. You can certainly reduce the dosage, but changing the ratios could result in toxicities/deficiencies. Can you post a picture of the plant in normal lighting so we can see the true color of the leaves? Sometimes just looking at the plant we can see if it's close to a toxicity/deficiency.
