I have just noticed these small holes appearing on 2 of my plants. Can anything apart from something eating it cause this? I have recently changed from hid to led lights.

I have just noticed these small holes appearing on 2 of my plants. Can anything apart from something eating it cause this? I have recently changed from hid to led lights.
I suggest inspecting the plant for pests.
Maybe leaf miners, or thrips. Look closely under the leafs for bugs or eggs. You will most likely need a scope.
