Any ideas please?

I have just noticed these small holes appearing on 2 of my plants. Can anything apart from something eating it cause this? I have recently changed from hid to led lights.

I suggest inspecting the plant for pests.

@Tapper82 Glad to hear there's no pests. I've had random holes like that appear on leaves before. If there's no pests, sometimes damage like that happens from handling the plant (like training), or from equipment like fans. Those are just some possibilities.
