Hi, 16 inches sounds a bit low for veg with a 600w. But your girls seem to be loving it so I would just carry on but raise the lights at the first sign of anything funky. What kind of lights are they?
@Cap Stone cause I had it at 20 inch At first, after i stressed trained them, the lower growth still wasnt catching Up, and seem to be not growing, so I lowered it to 16 inch today, it’s a 59.99 light from Amazon so i doubt it 600 watts...
@mitchellcory59 In Veg, I usually hang my light a few inches lower than the manufacture recommends. Just keep an eye on your girls, they will tell you if it's too much.
