Sooooo trim jail is 100% legit. I spent 4 hours trimming 2 of the 4 plants today and I'm exhausted. Has anyone used an auto trimmer that they would recommend? Next time I'm going to grow better and bigger but figure if my hands and back are this sore from smaller plants, I need to find a better solution to trimming.

i do like to had trim so i can shape it better to the look of the bud -- i try to do in three stages so i do not get the PAIN in BACK as its very rough for me after i broke it in 2007
1 about the last several of weeks in Flower / Bloom i will trim most of the bigger stuff off as close to the main stem as possible ( about 2 to 3 weeks before harvest )
2 trim all remaining sun leaves from just the buds
3 give final trim to shape the buds according to how they grew
just my preference
I feel your pain. I'll be in trim jail next week. Luckily I have a friend who will help me trim so it cuts the time in half. I've never used an auto trimmer and I hear mixed reviews on them. They can also get pricey. Here is one of the cheapest auto trimmers on the market: https://amzn.to/2GQZSzh Also, here's one that's more expensive but has better reviews: https://amzn.to/2GT1BE0 I wish there was a better solution. Many will argue that these auto trimmers are nothing compared to hand trimming.
