Autoflower in week 5 of veg , Is it at the pre flowering stage?

Growing Critical XXL Auto from GOG it is in week 5 of veg. From the picture below can you tell if it is the pre flowing stage?

@drowser Hard to see from that pic. Do you see pistils coming out from the top and/or at the nodes?
