That soil has enough nutrients in it for the first 20-40 days of the plant's life depending on how much you transplant. You can use a TDS tester and check the soil runoff to get an idea of how much nutrients are in the medium.
That soil is pretty rich so you probably do not need to add the big bloom for a while. Just guessing here, but I would wait until the girls look hungry or start actually budding before I add in the big bloom.
