What is the pH and PPM of the soil runoff?

My pH is at 64 and My PPH 412 and EC is at 876 don't know if it's to high or not but she is staring to show alot of pistils here are updated pictures. I think the blackberry is ok. I think so because all the fans leaves are always pointing up.

assuming ph is a typo & is 6.4 that's fine , ppm of 412 is low with an ec of 876 are you sure your ppm meter doesn't show an x10 on the display that would be a ppm of 4120. that would make more sense seeing the ec of 876 which would be indicating a very hot soil, high salt buildup & be in need of a flush, may be lock out because of so high readings. i'd lay off the recharge & any nute's & just give her a real good flush if that's the case

maybe the super soil on the bottom is the reason for such high readings & the plant could be yellowing because the roots haven't reach it yet ?? just a thought
