Bloom light issues

Hey everyone, so I’ve been growing for a little bit now and I thought my first batch of plants would be done blooming by now but they’re still budding up. The problem I’m having is that I’ve started a few other plants that r getting bigger and one of them began to bud up and stopped growing completely should I just purchase a second light? I only have a small tent thats 48 x 24 x 60 I can fit another light but a second tent isnt an option for me right now
