Any serious light manufacturer that I have looked at, doesn't produce burple lights. If your looking for a quality light that doesn't break your budget, Id check out HLG Lighting (Horticulture Lighting Group) like @W J Rucier suggested before.
I also suggest buying from a reputable manufacturer. False advertising runs rampant through the grow light industry.
they might need a little more info to answer that, for example...indoor/outdoor, how many plants, and so forth. I personally have never used the blurple lights. I have always used HLGs quantum boards. you cannot go wrong with any of their lights!!!
growing indoors In a 4x2 tent. im growing in 3 gallon fabric pots using fox farm happy frog soil. I’ve just seen a lot of different reviews on whether blurple or white lights are most effective when it comes to growing healthy plants.

White light
Blurples are slowly fading out and are basically yesterdays technology. Full spectrum white light is the way to go.
