I watched @Mr. Grow It Garden Talk video about bottom feeding and I want to try it on my next grow. The question is how can I check the PPM runoff if technically there isn't a runoff? Is the PPM runoff obsolete at this point? How do I know if the nutrients I am giving are enough or too much. I'd like to know your thoughts.

Either read the plants or periodically do a runoff test. I believe he was referencing doing bottom watering with organics and only feeding water though.
