brand new grower cant tell what wrong with my plants

i just got my very first tent 2 days ago. my friend knew a medical grower who had death bubba clones. i dont think my plants are happy and its just the very very start.... i have been trying to understand what is going on. i think nutrient build up? mabey nitrogen overdose? (trying to learn to diagnose) here are photos of each 4 plants. im currently waiting for a more accurate oh tester and a ec tester right now i use the color drops. (the meters are in the mail) im also looking for a small ac to try and bring temp down couple degree?? please any help is much much appreciated im using happy frog soil and flora nuts. i also picked up salica and root boots today .

the watering solution i gave em using my ph colour test was a lightish greenyellow and runoff was greenish

today i re watered 2 of them the solution was a greenish yellow but it seemed the run off was little more yellow.

i bought a humidifier last night and had it on. i just turned it up to try and raise the humidity up.(might have to get a second one or bigger one?)

also trying to pick up a small evaporative ac to try and bring down the temp a little(what do you guys think)

the tent is 3x3x6

growing in a 2brd apt

i have a second (identical) light for flowering witch was recommended with that light (oneo 1000)but will see.

any help trying to figure out what wrong with my plants be very much appreciated
