Just a quick question, can I breed in the same house Im flowering a batch in? (Separate rooms) or will the pollen spread from the breeding room to the flowering room? Thanks guys
Ive done it for years. I even breed in the same room. Just make sure you are venting to a filter and your tent stays closed. I'm using a blumat for the first time this run and it seems to be working great. Accidentally seeding other plants in the room has never really been an issue for me. I extract everything I grow.
You can in the same room it is not recommended but if you keep pollen in a sealed bag and use a little brush to apply it I have heard and red that you can misat everything but that branch or plant with water and the potent pollen is made dormant and can't pollinate a thing but you have to wet down everything where you think pollen could have gotten it's the same in another room just don't have to worry at all about your other girls. hope this helps.
@rjgetz111 ina way yes, I know its risky now, If im working on a breeding project in one room, Im gonna make sure I have no pollen on me (shower with fresh clothes n all) before I hit the flower room.
Yes but you're at right risk for the pollen getting to the females - unless the males are in a sealed breeding chamber with negative air pressure.
