Are you running synthetic fertilizer? When I see this it's usually caused by excess mineral salts. Could also be too much light, too hot of a light/grow , or a lack of water.
That's generally a nono. I believe that's probably your issue. Switch out soil if you are using synthetics anymore. Unfortunatly the damage is already done for this run.
