Bud sites popping up on fan leaves...?

Just wondering if anyone has come across this? Couple of the upper fan leaves have pistils coming out of the center of them. Never seen this before. I'm definitely stunned! Wondering if it's stress or maybe a mutation of some kind?? There is also some extra leaves popping out on some of the fans... It's grown from seed from ILGM. Feminized Power Plant. Prolly fourth week of flowering. Grown in soil. Was doing organic. But recently started using advanced nutrients. Any help or guidance on this is much appreciated🙏
