I live in midwest and have extreme cold in the winter. They recommend not to vent bathroom with high humidity into attic. Will the humidity in the grow room be a problem with forming moisture’ mold, mildew?
I have ridge vents the entire length of the garage. Any help would be appreciated.

You'd have to put a hygrometer up there and measure the RH. I exhaust up into my attic but it also goes out from there. I also live in a very dry climate so risk is lower. But yeah if you live in a humid area and there's a lack of airflow then you are at risk for mold.
