Can you feed nutes effectively through a Bluemat system.

@newb420grower Should be fine using BPN as long as it's not their organic line. Organic bottled nutrients are typically thicker so it may clog the lines. I do organic top dressing and have plain pH'd water in the reservoir. Since your running synthetic, you'll mix the nutrients in the reservoir. How much water you put in there will depend on the size of the plants and how many. Each week you'll be changing the reservoir according to their feeding chart anyways so maybe start with 5-gallon if you think that will work for the number of plants you have and then just add more if needed. You don't do water-feed-water-feed like you do when hand watering. The reservoir always has a nutrient solution in it. The blumats will drip down onto the medium as it dries out. Hope that helps.

@Mr. Grow It everything sounds reasonable and I guess if I go that route I will just give it a try and watch the plants. May I ask what organic top dressings you are using? Are they working out well for you?

@newb420grower Last round I used Build A Soil Craft Blend. It worked great. Before that I used Earth Dust by The Green Sunshine Company. That also worked good.
