Cant seem to make this plant happy. Getting ready to flower

I have these 5 plants in 3 different soils to see what one i like the most. Theres 2 plants in %100 ocean forest soil and im having some issues with both of them. I have not been able to fix this issue, I

have used epsom salts and I regularly use recharge to inoculate the soil. Im being carefull to not water too much also. It does seem to be a mobile nute because the bottom older leaves are getting hit first and hardest.

Im getting ready to put them into flower and i did a quick ec test to see were they are and most of them are at 4 ec but the plant with the issues is at 8ec. Iv heard that when doing a natural soil grow like this the microbes will buffer the ph and ec but this seems exesive and I usually topdress when i flip them to flower. overall im at a loss on how to proceed from here…
