I second the infinity fan, top of the line for sure.
Highly recommend the AC Infinity fans. Super quiet and low power consumption.

More carbon (larger filtet) the longer it will last. But if your exhaust fan is 400 cfm you would want you carbon filter atleast that
They don't really have different pros and cons but feedback would be to try to identify the carbon filter's CFM. Unfortunately, a lot of manufacturers don't list it though.
