For a short period of time may be fine but the plant will most likely quickly eat up the CO2 within the bag and growth will slow down to a crawl. But if it's just for a few hours then I imagine it would be fine.
@Mr. Grow It my biggest concern was that they are two weeks from being done and the humidity has been really high along with the rain I fear bud rot. I did decide against it as the bag would create A stagnant environment and have just been shaking the majority of the moisture off by hand in between the downpours! I absolutely hate outdoor grows!
