I am following the "Easy grow tent setup for beginners & planting seeds" also, went through the 3rd Ed of your book. I am still getting everything together for my first growth attempt... I have the Vivoson 2x4 grow tent and the 300w LED grow light. In the video, it was said to use the clamp lights so the seedling have light when they first sprout but any recommendation on the type of build to get? or should I skip them and just use the LED grow lights?

You can use the LED. Which 300w LED do you have? Do you know what the light distance should be for seedlings? For anyone else wondering, here is a link to the clamp lamp that he is talking about: https://amzn.to/35tZK5z A CFL bulb works great in those.
