How do you guys determine when you’re 2 weeks from harvest? I’m growing girl
scout cookies from nirvana and Sunday will be week 6 of flower, and According to the nirvana it’s a 8-9 week strain. So do I rely solely On that time frame? i Know to look at trichomes for harvest. But I’m trying to time my flush right. my pistils are still white and much longer than the buds?? Can post pics if needed.

The pistols are a very small part of determining maturity. Some strains keep alot of white pistols to harvest, and others have more oranges. What you need is a jewelers loupe, so you can see the trichomes magnified also, I only use the suggested grow times from the breeders as that, a suggestion. Sometimes I think they like to show the shortest of times for promotion. Hope this helps Good Growing.
If you are going to start your flush cycle then it is okay to go by the “grow notes” for the strain and start at about 2 weeks from projected. Like @Mr. Grow It said the trichomes are the real indicator for harvest time though.
Are you using synthetics or organics?

I look at the trichomes to see if they are where i like them and then flush by stopping feeding nutrients. Pics would help
