Hey I've been using general hydroponics flora series 3part and coco loco from foxfarms and some cal mag and silica blast. Ive been trying to figure out what is going on i had nute burn early on in the garden and I reduced the amount of 3 part I was feeding down to 1/2 micro 1/2 grow 1/4 bloom and 3 to 5 ml of cal mag and 2ml of silica blast always adding silica blast first then cal mag. Now they are turning real light green and had some rust looking spots on the fan leafs. Can anybody help me out?

PH issue? Or maybe an issue caused by a lockout? You mentioned you had nute burn and reduced your feed so you might have too much going on in the soil. To fix a lockout, just give her a good flush with PH'd water then continue feeding with the lighter feed.
Do you know your PPM and PH?
Looks like a magnesium deficiency from the pictures. Whats the PPM/PH of your run off water?

I've also have stems turning purple i feel like its something to do with cal mag deficiency
