Hi growers, hope everyone is having a great day.
Im looking to drop the temperature of my grow tent the last few weeks of flowering. To achieve this im running a 6 inch exhaust fan, but since the temperature outside my tent is also very high trying to lower the temperature by air exchange is impossible.
So im looking into buying a portable AC Unit, i've seen that most of the growers doing this tend to put the AC unit outside the grow tent and opt for cooling the room the tent is in. The problem with this is that the room that my tent is in is too big, i would need a massive AC unit for this so i does not make much sense for me to do it this way.
My question is, has anyone here had experience with routing the cold air with a duct directly from the Ac unit to the tent? Is this possible? or is there other way im not thinking about?

you only need to get that big room down to high 70’s low 80’s. Make sure a window unit can’t do that before you decide.
