I do a final defoliation at the end of week 3 flower. Does anyone else do this? Am i take off too much...would love to hear what eveyone thinks..thank you

I did the exact same thing to my Gelato near the end of week 3 a few weeks ago and she is doing great now.
I got lazy with the defoliation on my last couple of runs and paid for it with a lower yield.
I don't see anything wrong with what I'm seeing. If anything it will make for better airflow and light penetration. I'm thinking you will have some big buds.
