I defoliated the bottom third of my plant a week and a half ago before flipping to flower and it is all growing back! Do I cut all these new growths again to focus on the top cola sites? @Mr. Grow It
Agree agree all that growth takes away nutrients (first served) from your bigger buds and they need all the push they can get. Do it first light so they always have 12 hrs. to recover.
By pruning you're telling the plant to redirect it's energy. You are encouraging new growth and usually it will come in the form of more out/up growth.

Yeah I would pinch those newly-formed branches off.

I do. Just keep the small stuff off before it gets big. Small trim=small stress large trim=big stress.
Those won't amount to much in the way of anything.
you can prune that off if you like but it won't get much worse. Your dense canopy should shade those pretty heavily.
