What are your thoughts on defoliating after the plant has been put into flowering? I have a Northern Lights & Dieselicious that are 2 weeks into flowering & they are already pretty leafy (especially the Dieselicious). I’ve read that you don’t want to do any pruning after a certain amount of time in flowering.

I typically defoliate 2-5 days before flipping to flowering. Then when in flowering, I evaluate growth and defoliate again on days 7, 14, 21, and 45. It all depends on growth though. Sometimes I only defoliate before flipping to flower. Sometimes I defoliate before flipping to flower, on day 7 and 21. Sometimes I only defoliate on day 21. It all depends on growth.
