RH is 50-55% and Temp is 73-75 during the day, 65 at night
I'm watering with distilled water and adding cal mag at 4mL per gallon with a pH around 6.5. Watering every other day for the most part. This is also the only set of leaves I'm seeing this on.

I it just on one side of the plant? Do you have a heater or a fan blowing onto that part of the plant? Looks like damage from that possibly?
Haven't seen that before, if I had to guess I'd say a h issue or pests.
