You should be able to go up-to 85°F with LEDs. Although some strains may be sensitive to that. I like to run above 60% humidity for seedlings, 40-60% Veg, 40-50% flower
The cheat sheets in the book are perfect.
I would recommend not going over 80 if possible. They dont like much higher than that.
I don't think its real important. My opinion anyway is 70 to 90 degrees, no more than 10 degrees difference between lights on and lights off. Above 50% humidity during veg. and below 50% when in flower. High for Veg. Low for flower.
