So, my first adventure with DWC and I gotta say it's just ok. The plant is fine, it took a while to get the roots down into the water and I had a few hot weeks that I think stunted the growth a bit but the roots look fine and the plant is healthy although it's about a week behind the others Im growing in the big tent using Autopots. During those "hot weeks" the water temp climbed up to the mid to upper 70's and I was about ready to start putting ice in the res, but the temps came down and all was good. This would not work in the summertime here in NorCal, it's just too hot. If you had a cool basement (not here in Cali) that may work, but... Im leaving the DWC club Im afraid. I just have had much better luck and way less tinkering with the Autopots. I'll have to make a post specifically for those, as Im very happy with them. Now I was thinking about an RDWC system with a chiller, but then that gets a bit pricey and more complex, not what I was looking for. I want to keep it simple as possible. I do like the DWC bucket kit that I got from PA Hydroponics, and would recommend them to any one wanting to go this route. So, about 3 more weeks to go until harvest. I'll try to post a pre-harvest pic and update. Thanks!

Using Dutch Pro for RO/Coco as I use RO water and my other grow is in Coco. Nothing wrong with this plant friends. She is one happy camper. Two air stones making bubbles.
What are you feeding? Are your roots getting enough oxygen? Any chance something is off? I have been in living soil and just built an rdwc system and I have never seen growth like this before. It's insane.
