I live in a very dry climate similar to most of AZ. Low humidity year round and high heat summer time are the biggest challenges imo. If you have plenty of air circulation then you shouldn't encounter PM/mold/bud rot. Here are a few general humidity ranges for beginners:Seedlings/clones- 60-85%
Veg- 40-60%
Flower- 40-55%
Staying below 60% RH also greatly reduces the chances of mold.

If you are growing indoor you shouldn't have much to worry about because you can control it. Are you using a grow tent or just a area?
