Should I be watering everyday I only water every other day what should the humidity be with such big plants going into flower should I raise the plants higher to not get so much wind from the cooler or raise the cooler when should I defoliate off any and where about should my ppm be I’m usually around 700

It's less about frequency of watering and more about quantity. Every other day is fine if that's what's been working for you so far. If the plants start to seem like they are drinking more(typically week 5 and beyond) then increase frequency.

If you aren't seeing signs of wind stress then I wouldn't adjust anything. They have already adjusted to their environment at this point.

Defoliation is personal preference but you don't appear to need it at the moment. Your scrog looks well spread out with very little overlapping leaves. It's hard to see the bottom of the plants but I would suggest lolipopping if you haven't done that already.

700 is a bit low for flower but since it's early you don't want it too high. I would suggest 900ppm and scale it up 100ppm per week up to week 4-5 and hold at that. If you see the very tips starting to burn then that's your limit, stop there.
