First go around -- need some opinions

This is a Gelato (fem), germinated 2/13/22. Explosive growth in first 4 weeks compared to others germinated at same time. Topped after 5th node, and the new stems are taking off.

She is in a 5 gal fabric pot, with approx 2" of Cali Super Soil on bottom, and filled with FoxFarm Ocean Forest. No pests observed. No nutrients yet used.

The tent is 4x2x6 with a Kind x420 attenuated to 25% about 20" over canopy. Temp remains between 72-80F and RH is held between 45-55%. All water is pH'ed down to ~6.4.

So - the opinion(s) I hope to get - (a) what would be the probable root cause of the fan leaf tips looking burned at the top of the canopy and (b) what would be the probable root cause of the fan leaves at the third node (second pic) getting spotty and looking generally unhappy?
