Week 12, buds Jared up and final post under this thread💚
Blue dream - #1 46g #2 65g
Zkittlez - #1 51g #2 55g
Gorilla glue - #1 55g #2 50g
total of 322
It was a fantastic journey and can’t thank you guys enough for all the help and input, thanks for putting up with another newbie and all the barrage of repeated questions😜
Time to enjoy the results 💙
Learned a lot along the way and still have so much to discover, 2nd round here we go🤘🏻💪🏼
Week 11 and the race has ended 🥸🤪
Yesterday was harvest day and I’ve started at 10am, had help from the wife and a cousin and ended up at 6.30 pm, If I were all alone I’ll probably was still on it 😂
After the 48hrs of darkness my 1st reaction was ”sh*t they have mold “ 🤣
then realized they decided to turn all the lights for Xmas😜🎅
😍😍🤪
Now it’s at 19C and between 55-60%RH, I’m hopping for at least 8-10days of drying and some bombs after curing 🤞🏻🤞🏻💪🏼
Everything looks great. As long as you're seeing a nice fade then you should be good; so no need to chase that PPM number imo.
Week 10 ✅✅
Another week slow and steady and the autumn colors are here , I can definitely see the ripening happen and their getting faaaaaat 😜.
Started the leeching and gave them just water till normal runoff, ph is consistent between 6.5 and 6.7. The ppms are a little all over the place, 2 GG and zkittlez#1 are with 850, zkittles#2 and blue dream#1 around 1000 and the blue dream#2 is with 600.
Now the question is, should I increase the water volume for the ones over 600 to try and get them all around the same ppm mark?
The microscope is arriving this week so I can really go deep on the heads but from my mental road map, this week 11 can possibly be the last (maybe try to go a week longer depending on the trich colors) do you see the same thing? or any other that I should be concerned?
pic of the week,
current state,
The buds are looking great! Yes, you can simply stop feeding for the final weeks instead of doing an actual flush. Some growers call that leeching.
Week 9 ✅ and I can smell the finishing line 😜.
Last 3 weeks found an iron deficiency in one of my Zkittlez(brown spots in some leafs) and since then I’ve been monitoring all the intakes and think I’ve found the root issue of my lockdowns, ph of the water jugs.
Ive been using the same brand for water with a ph of 6.4 (with that 7.0 week in between) as a base and found that in some jugs the ph comes at 5.2!!! Made some measures in the beginning and it was consistent so never bother to check it again and baaaaam, think that what saved me were the worm castings and the bio heaven.
This past 2/3 weeks the ph has been consistent in and out and the last runnoff as well, they are all between 6.3 and 6.5 and with ppms between 1300 and 1500, my purple GG was coming off at 2100.
The video of the flushing study has got me scratching my head, read that some bio bizz users don’t flush but the brand do recommend it! Is it possible to use the flush as a balance to even the plants that might be closer to the end, like stop the feedings and keep going with the ones behind?

Week 8 gone,
This week had a funny accident that resembled of any dumb parody sketch 😂😂😂😊
7am and still sleepy has he’ll, dropped the humidifier inside of the tent while trying to positioning it better and if felt on the edge of my zkittlez, right in my foot and with the pain ended up giving another head bump in the lights fixt 😂😎, luckily had just a soren thumb and a broken side branch of the plant😢
The branch was like 75% hanging so I’ve braced it with some tape and a garden clamp and let’s see if it will bounce back.

Current state,
Looking beautiful my friend! Not sure if they will even need bamboo stakes since they are nice and squat. You could always add them in as branches start to flop over (if they flop over). You may be able to do leaf tucking instead of defoliation. Although, plucking off some of the larger fan leaves right now should be fine. They seem about the right size to me. If these are photoperiod and you vegged for a bit longer then they would be bigger. But again, they seem fine to me. Nice job
Week 7 ✅✅✅
Another week another bud 🤪 and the smell just keep getting better and better!
No much to say for this one, replaced the 6 round saucers with 2 rectangular ones to get a little more ground space.
DIY a runoff tray with a round saucer and 2holes with a hot knife 😂 and it’s perfect👌🏻
Pics of the week,
Current state,
Now for this new week, do you guys see any value on adding the bamboo poles at this moment? Think I have made up my mind and will not use a SCROG, it will be a pain in the ass to water them with my current set up and I like removing the plants and give them a small one to one time 😂😜
Got like 2dozens on the beginning of the journey and have some garden clips and ties arriving this week.
Also regarding defoliation, I’ve been very conservative and just removing some fan leafs that are burn/dead on the bottom of the plants and removed 2small buds that were forming on the very bottom but stopped, is this the right time to do it without stunning the growth?? or should I wait a week more?
Selected this strains due to them being bushier instead of taller but do they seem a little small for the age? Don’t know if it is wishful thinking😁 but thought they would be bigger at this stage🤞🏻
Grow on
They look great!!
Week 6 on the rear mirror💪🏼
Another good week with steady growth and some buds are flowering so nice to my untrained eyes 😁
I’m tracking a deficiency of Mn ( I think) but will create a separated post for questions.
Im also following some Biobizz advices directly from them, like using the root juice until this past week to help the still in development roots in an auto flower also the fish mix that will be replaced with the bio grow on the next feed after checking the runoff to decide when.
Pics of the week
And at the moment,
Nice! To answer your question, for the higher PPM ones, you can just water next time around and it will then naturally lower the PPM - instead of flushing again. The lower PPM one you can do a light feeding next time around. It's all about doing what you think is best to keep them in the proper ranges. If it's a little over or a little under, most phenos will be ok.
Results from week 5,
Another good week has gone by and the growth keeps on going!!!
Today got my 1st ear to ear smile 😁 when continuing with LST accidentally touched on a “bud” and got my fingers with resin and the smeeeeeeeeell 🙃 oh yeaaaaaaaaaaaah🤪😜.
Think I’ve understand the runoff ppm now, this week didn’t used any of the fertilizers just stimulants and the intake ppw was around 300, the ppm runoff was 700 in 1plant, 2 plants around 900 and the other 3 between 1100 and 1300, so I need to raise and lower them to be in between 750-900 right?!
picture of the week
👌🏻👌🏻
Results from week 4,
The growth of this week was amazing👌🏻 Despite the issue with the broken branch I’ve continued with LST and they are responding well.
Can see some claw marks in a some leafs, is this Nitrogen related? Or is it just some wind burns? It’s showing more on the plant closest to the rotating fan that’s on the ground (will receive this week a couple of clip ones).
This seems to be the early flower/stretching fase, am I seeing this right and should I start adding the flower nuts to the feed?
Ola Totoca,
Thank you so much for the answer and support. Yes I know the shops and will probably go for the rest of the equipment there.
Keep the good work and hopefully you have good outcome at the end of this first trip.
Olá @interestedperson33 e bem vindo 💪🏼!
I’m still a newb and my advices will match my knowledge 😜 but 1st Advice, push on the R&D, take the time you need and research all the topics related with the process and equipment, not making any publicity but read or listen the book from MR Grow It 👌🏻.
The lightings were my 1st issue, had a seller on OLX that had Sf2000(160€) and Phlizon 2000(300€), the advantage of the phlizon are the Cobs, so made up my mind about the phlizon and made all my R&D on them and end up buying directly from Phlizon a 3000 model for 300€ with shipping included from EU.
Until now for my 4x4 I’m really happy with them and they do have power but I’m no expert and the fewer reviews I’ve saw about the SF we’re positive, all depends of the space.
Im growing in a Marquise so the noise is even more importante for me, you notice it but is like a humming, nothing indicates Cannabis growing and it’s like having an inclosed fan or ac constantly working, right now I’ve got 3 running( the in-line and 2others) and it’s manageable and neighbor friendly, didn’t went for the most silent in line fan but got the nicest sound proof vent duct.
Also had the same issue with material and it took the most part of my R&D, to find all with the lowest shipping cost and mainly to be secure from customs checks.
You have 3good sites for seeds in Spain, and between kuantokusta, urbicult, loja da Maria e cognoscitiva bought all the remaining gear, ah and visit OLX for the ph and ppm meters, you have really good prices there for new ones.
I’ve started LST this week and had already a main branch broken on one of my blue dream that made me top it, made a post about it and again I’m still a newb, but they are responding well to it.
After the research Go for it, there’s no better experience than to handle them and learn as you go.
Im here for any doubt/discussion/help you might need💪🏼 and the growers from here, specially Mr Grow it are awesome and helpful so take advantage of it.
Im also running a journal in AFN if you want to check it out, my user name is the same.
Abraço e Grow on
Ola Totoca:)
I am trying to do some RD and do the same but still not decide.
i am looking at that setup and have some similar to what I want. Can you give your opinion with the lights ? Was thinking a SF4000 from spider farmer but if those are the same.
what about the noise the all grow does ? Is it too loud ?
did you bought everything on same place, finding dificult to find store with all:(
keep showing progress it is awesome, are you going to do any training.
obrigado :)
3rd week came and went but left some knowledge.
The week of the newbie mistakes but there’s no better way to improve.
Almost a fatal mistake, deleted a scene of my automation to stop the new heater at 23C, just wanted to see it at minimum and how much time it took to heat up the space, was smoking a joint that was so good 🤪 that I forgot about the heather and after 10/15min noticed my Wi-Fi temp control showing 33 degrees C 😵😵😵 and this was like 20/30 min into the dark period, went full SOS mode and ran into the tent, open it for the hot air to come out trying to give them the least amount of light possible.
All the plants were a little withered but I think I’ve acted fast enough and gave all the leafs a spray of Biobizz leafcoat.
Next day was day of foliar spray with Acti-vera Alg-a-mic and Fish Mix and damn they love it.
Also yesterday when preparing the feed, I’m using like a 1/4 of the recommended doses, noticed that I was using the EC reader instead of the ppm meter 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂🙃 .
This mistake might have been a blessing in disguise, the reader was showing around 500 us/cm that was around 280ppm and I’ve been constante bellow 400us/cm so my plants if something are underfed, I guess.
Whit this issue identified next feeds will be more around 400ppm and LST starts tomorrow, already tucked some big fan leafs today.
Week 2 (1st week of veg) Started the week with their 1st feed, root-juice/bio-heaven/acti-vera/calmag around 240ppm.
Repeated that for the 2nd but with a pinch of grow so I can change it up for the fish-mix next week and stayed around 300ppm.
Also applied alg-a-mic/acti-vera/fish-mix as a foliar and sprayed the leafs, once this week but will increase it for two next one.
I‘ve been using my Bonsai watering can to water this girls, it’s just a 1lt capacity but has the thin holes so I find it more gentle and more manageable for quantity’s then my 5lts , use 1lt before to water the top of the soil distributed to the 6plants so the soil can absorve the rest of the feeding and not start spilling water from the pot sides.
My Zkittlez #2 is a little bend, should I braced it with a small support or just let nature do it’s thing?
Everything looks good to me. The Zkittlez #2 should grow out of that; I've had a lot of plants that were similar to that where the leaves looked a little funky on the tips.
