Hi! I’m showing signs of stress on my plants but can’t figure out why. I have nutrients in my initial medium, and have done a cal mag feed. I use RO water. i have 3 lights on at 24 inches, 18/6. I have 2 fans and a humidifier- running around 80 degrees F and 40%RH.
leaves are drooping and yellowing.

Soil might be a bit hot, but a seedling should be able to power through it. I thought you meant you had 3 lights on one seedling lol, my bad. Not sure about the other lights, but the SF1000 is ok at 24 inches if you have it turned down a bit.
Labels, yep learned that lesson too. I now always have duct tape and a maker on hand for instant labels.
I'm still thinking your biggest problem is the low humidity with high temperature. You need to either bring the temperature down or the humidity up, preferable a bit of both.
Here's a link to a post I did recently about my humorous attempt at growing an Auto in low humidity. The humidity was a bit lower than yours but my temperatures where always between 70-75F.
Hi,
Your soil may be too rich for your seedling, what kind of soil and nutrients are you using?
Three lights? Tell us more about these lights.
Have you checked your PH? RO water should be ok, but you should still check the PH when having problems.
But I think the biggest problem is your exceptionally low humidity and very high temperature. At 80f your humidity should probably be closer to 60% for seedlings. If you cannot raise the humidity, try putting a clear plastic cup or baggie over top to keep the humidity up, I find the stiffer Ziploc baggies stay standing up and work great. Or you can buy a cheap humidity dome that can hold many seedlings like this.
Good luck!
