This is my first time growing white
widow strain been in vegetation for
10 days i feel like she just doesn’t look healthy what could be the issue she isn’t getting nutrients yet until day 30 is in ocean forest soil and ive Been watering her with oh balanced water mixed with half a tsp of root magic mycorrhizae seemed like plant was doing healthy before I ph balanced my water like 4 days ago was using a higher ph balanced tap water at first not sure what the ph level was but it was higher I guess I also just don’t really know what I’m exactly looking for since it is my first time here’s a picture though
The plant looks good for 10 days since sprout. The crinkling of the leaves is sometimes a sign of over-watering so be careful there. Do you know who the breeder is? Your White Widow is most likely an indica-dominant hybrid so it may stay squat but it depends on the genetics. Also, what pH levels are you aiming for?
the first few days are ok with tap water and lightly water - but it does not really matter on nutrients being use as the best PH Balance range is from 5.8 to 6.5 - stay within that range and things will be good for you // best is to start with you tap water and take reading - then if only using one nutrient add then take another reading on the PH and see where it is - and do so with each nutrient added as some will lower the PH while others will add or increase the PH level
even letting water sit for a few days will also increase the PH balance -- once tested and you have left over juice the i say put in fridge - then take out about 3 to 4 hours before feeding and again take a PH reading it should be still about the same as when you first mixed it
but if you are getting very low reading example 7.6 to 5.3 after adding nutrients then you will be using alot of PH up to get to your range // add PH up before the nutrients - ( have to test on how much as it can vary from 1 to 3 teaspoons on PH up
add 1 teaspoon to water tested at 7.6 then reading might jump to 9.8 this will be fine - add nutrient then take reading it should now be around the 6.4 which will be within the range of 5.8 to 6.5
that seems to be about the best range from all articles / videos and other growers that i got information on as well - all results can vary for what type of medium is being used as well
