what deficiency do I have and how to correct if not to late?

I’m only on my 3rd and 4th grow, so I’m still learning. Could it possibly be a nitrogen deficiency?

@tangolics1091 all seeds white widow. From ILGM. The seed quality was not great. A lot of immature seeds. Would not recommend them.
