If that's the only plant in the tent then go ahead and cut off all the pollen sacks you see. You still may get some seeds if you miss one or two but should still be ok buds.
If you have other girls in the tent, I wouldn't take the chance.

Yikes, I think you are correct, those do look like pollen sacks. Auto's are hard to hermie, it could be just the genetics or some other stress factor but probably not LST. Not sure what to tell you, if that's the only plant in the tent then maybe try and snip off all the pollen sacks you see then harvest early.
If you have other girls in the tent I would probably get rid of this one just in case.
Before you go and do anything drastic, see if anyone else here chimes in, I could be way off base. This looks like a job for @Mr. Grow It !

It is unlikely LST would cause a plant problems in the sex department. Are you seeing any problems?
is it possible that a plant change sex after LST?
